Bethany Christian School, established in 1980, is the largest outreach ministry of Rio Vista Community Church with classes ranging from nursery to eighth grade. The school is located in the Rio Vista neighborhood of downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and currently has approximately 375 students. Bethany is well known for offering academic excellence in a nurturing, Christ-centered environment. Small class sizes coupled with individualized attention ensure that our students experience maximum success on the academic, emotional, and spiritual fronts. Bethany is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, by Christian Schools of Florida, and by the National Council for Private School Accreditation. We are a member of the Association of Christian Schools International and the Broward County Nonpublic School Association.
